Citizens in the TOWN OF LOUISA are NOT under a boil water advisory. The advisory issued November 19, 2024 by the Louisa County Water Authority only applies to their customers as a precaution due to repair activities at their water storage tank resulting in a loss of pressure in the water distribution system. This took place outside of the Town of Louisa’s corporate limits. The Town owns and operates its own distribution system, and no system pressure was lost as a result of this incident.
