THE LOUISA TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD A SPECIAL CALLED MEETING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING AT 6:00 PM ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2022 AT 212 FREDERICKSBURG AVENUE, LOUISA, VIRGINIA TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEM:

SUP 2022-03: A Special Use Permit (SUP) application, for Tax Map Parcels 41-16-10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 submitted by Mil Investments, LLC and GW1 Properties LLC (Deed Book 1812/57, owned by GW1 Properties LLC zoned Residential General) located on the southern side of Pine Ridge Drive, Louisa, Virginia will be heard on Tuesday, November 22, 2022.   The application is to request permission to construct fifty-five multifamily dwellings in buildings consisting of five or six units attached by way of a party wall along with the construction of three apartment buildings housing 80 apartments on the combination of the above referenced parcels.

Comments will be heard in person during the public hearing.  Comments can also be submitted prior to the meeting by calling our office at (540) 967-1400, email at info@louisatown.org or mail to P.O. Box 531, Louisa, Virginia 23093. Complete copies of the Special Use Permit application are available at Louisa Town Hall.  Requests for mailed or e-mailed copies will be honored.  The Town of Louisa will place any written or oral comments received in the record of this permit.  Questions should be directed to Liz Nelson, Town Manager or John Robins, Project Manager at (540) 967-1400 between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.  If special accommodations are needed to participate, please contact our office the day prior to the Public Hearing.

NOTE: This Public Hearing was rescheduled from the previous scheduled date of November 15, 2022.
